LoanMe is in the business of providing working capital to small businesses across the United States. The client wanted to transfer the functionality of many of their systems into Salesforce, in an effort to create a better source of streamlined truth for their process. The centralized solution that our team developed addresses architecture shortcomings and offers efficiency, flexibility and a user-friendly interface that supports the client’s aggressive rate of business expansion and provides better management of the entire process.
Challenges
LoanMe’s system, a homegrown combination of many separate solutions, was causing operational inefficiencies and was not prepared to scale at the rate of business growth. LoanMe was looking to transfer the functionality of many of these systems into Salesforce, in an effort to create a better source of streamlined truth for their process. We were also tasked with the challenge of bringing all of the legacy’s independent subsystems’ integrations with external SOA vendors into our solution.

Solution
The centralized solution that our team developed addresses the mentioned architecture shortcomings and offers efficiency, flexibility and a user-friendly interface that supports the client’s aggressive rate of business expansion and provides better management of the entire process, including better means for managing brokers, transactions and leads. Our contribution included modifications and upgrades to the client’s existing systems with a more robust and scalable architecture. We provided assistance regarding the solution’s architecture design, business analysis, implementation, and quality assurance. We also implemented a multi-tier design that allowed the seamless integration of external services such as DocuSign, Conga, Experian, Brite Verify, FactorTrust, LexisNexis FaudPoint, Accuity, Neustar and ID Analytics.
